Sec Reporting Manager

Responsible for managing the SEC reporting function and providing direct accounting policy support.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing all public filings, managing the SEC process, working with the investor relations function, assisting in the monitoring and interpretation of new SEC/GAAP and regulatory pronouncements, communicating with external and internal auditors, reviewing various schedules and reports, managing SEC reporting staff, providing direct support on various special projects, and managing SEC reporting staff to ensure adherence to reporting requirements and timelines.

Qualifications include CPA license or MBA preferred, at least 8-10 years of public accounting and/or public company SEC reporting experience, solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, SEC regulations, and XBRL, strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity, banking experience highly preferred, team-oriented and able to handle multiple assignments and be deadline oriented, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation, management experience required, effective communication, written, presentation, analytical, and research skills, and ability to partner well with internal customers.

Compensation range is USD $130,000.00/Yr. - USD $160,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
