Senior Manager / Director Investor Relations (Americas)

A rapidly scaling, US-listed data centre business with a significant North American and Asia-Pacific footprint is seeking a high-performing Investor Relations professional. Backed by strong momentum in Cloud and AI infrastructure, the company is expanding its investor engagement efforts across the Americas to support its next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

Based in New York and reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will act as the companys primary interface with the North American investment community. This high-impact role blends capital markets insight, strategic storytelling, and investor-facing leadership at a time of dynamic expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Investor Engagement: Lead institutional investor relationships across the US and Canada, including roadshows, capital introductions, conferences, and direct meetings.
• Capital Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, investor sentiment, and macro developments to inform internal strategy.
• Strategic Capital Development: Identify new capital sourcesincluding long-only, hedge funds, and strategic investorsand build lasting relationships.
• IR Messaging: Shape investor-facing materials and presentations in collaboration with global teams, highlighting business growth and operational performance.
• Executive Interface: Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership for earnings preparation, investor Q&A, and strategic positioning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to ensure consistent and compliant messaging.

What Youll Bring

• Background in investor relations , equity sales , ECM
• Strong network in North American institutional investment circles
• Proven ability to communicate complex business and financial narratives with clarity and confidence
• Comfort operating autonomously and representing a listed company at senior levels
• Passion for growth sectors such as cloud computing , digital infrastructure , or technology platforms

Preferred Experience

• 712 years of experience in IR, ECM, or related investor-facing roles
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• Understanding of SEC reporting standards and public company operations
• Exposure to capital-intensive or infrastructure-aligned industries is a plus
