The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of RAM Enterprise, Inc., a dynamic and rapidly growing enterprise with multiple operating entities across the U.S. and international markets, and a commitment to operational excellence and financial sustainability. The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, responsible for driving financial performance, optimizing procurement operations, and ensuring compliance across multiple entities. This role requires expertise in financial planning, capital management, international financial regulations, procurement strategy, and GAAP governance.
This is an exempt, salary position reporting directly to the President of RAM Enterprise, Inc.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate Controller in ensuring accurate financial reporting, process improvements, and compliance with financial policies.
- Provide financial insights and risk assessments to executive leadership.
- Optimize financial structures to support growth and profitability.
- Oversee multi-entity financial consolidations.
- Ensure financial reporting complies with GAAP/IFRS and all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in optimizing cost structures and supplier relationships.
- Provide strategic oversight of procurement policies and financial impact.
- Ensure procurement aligns with company financial goals and risk management.
- Oversee procurement budgeting and financial reporting.
Capital Management & Growth Initiatives:
- Oversee capital allocation, fundraising, and investor relations.
- Manage debt and equity financing strategies.
- Lead M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investment initiatives.
- Optimize cash flow and working capital for operational efficiency.
- Manage foreign exchange risk, transfer pricing, and global tax compliance.
- Ensure seamless intercompany transactions and financial consolidations.
- Align international financial operations with U.S. regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development:
- Lead a high-performing finance and supply chain team.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance (domestic & international).
- Experience with procurement strategy and supply chain finance.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, global environment.
- Proficiency in ERP and financial management software.
