Description

McCallie Associates, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, has an exciting opportunity for a Computer and Information Systems Manager (Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)) who will be responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring security policies and procedures in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assurance (IA) requirements. This individual will support the security posture of classified systems and networks under Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST SP 800-53 guidance.

• Maintain compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, including DoD , DoDI (RMF), and NIST SP 800-53.
• Support the development, review, and maintenance of System Security Plans (SSPs), POA&Ms, and associated accreditation artifacts.
• Coordinate with the Information System Owner (ISO), System Administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure systems remain compliant throughout their lifecycle.
• Conduct continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and patch validation activities.
• Interface with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Authorizing Officials (AOs), and Security Control Assessors (SCAs) to support system Authorization to Operate (ATO) efforts.
• Investigate and report security incidents in accordance with established protocols.
• Perform system audits and technical inspections to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Participate in Change Review Boards (CRBs) and Configuration Management processes to assess cybersecurity impact.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
• IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GSEC).
• Experience supporting classified systems under the RMF process.
• Familiarity with eMASS and vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., ACAS, Nessus).

Preferred Qualifications Or Skills

• Familiarity with TACLAN, CSfC, or cross-domain solutions

Pay range: $120,000 to $170,000 per year
