Our region of focus is New Jersey as well as metro-NY and metro-Philadelphia.
Position Overview:
The Service Work Foreman will be the lead at various service work sites, not only managing the process itself, but ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. This position requires hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. It will also require the operation of equipment on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily service operations and assist owner with assigning tasks to crew members
Ensure work is performed to company quality standards and within deadlines
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for projects
Maintain communication with management and clients regarding progress and issues
Train and mentor junior team members
Enforce all safety procedures and policies
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 Years of Golf Course Maintenance experience
Strong Agronomic/Turfgrass Maintenance knowledge
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in the field
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to complete some mechanical tasks
NJ pesticide applicator license preferred
