Cape Fox subsidiary Eagle Health, LLC is seeking candidates for a Quality Manager to support a government customer at Ft. Detrick. This position is contingent upon contract award.

The salary range (or hiring range ) for this exempt position has been established at: $130,000 - $145,000 .

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Responsibilities:
  1. Obtain and maintain eligibility for an active SECRET security clearance.
  2. Maintain all documentation necessary for ISO 17034, ISO 17025, and CLIP functional accreditation, and ensure accreditation is maintained annually.
  3. Perform quality systems audits supporting accreditation and GLP studies, typically conducting 12 audits per year covering all aspects of ISO 17034, ISO 17025, and CLIP accreditation.
  4. Organize and support external inspections and quality systems management inquiries related to Divisional accreditation, with approximately 3 inspections/accreditation filings annually, and provide monthly reports on Quality Management Inspection status.
  5. Interact with external Divisional personnel for support activities such as equipment, facilities, and audits, at least monthly.
  6. Develop and implement programs to maintain and improve laboratory quality and performance, including maintaining accreditation as a reference material producer and clinical diagnostic facility. Develop annual quality improvement programs and report results annually, with quarterly updates.
  7. Oversee and improve the Division's equipment qualification and software validation programs, QMS processes, and procedures, typically one validation per quarter.
  8. Attend A2LA or similar laboratory accreditation training as needed, with potential CONUS travel.
