Primary responsibilities include chemotherapy administration and following neutropenic fever protocols, including blood culture draws and IV medications. The unit has a total of 37 beds and a dedicated team of 82 nursing staff, consisting of 15-16 nurses and Patient Care Technicians per shift. Patient ratios are 3:1 during night shifts.
