Job Description Summary

Manager, People Partnering, provides strategic partnership and hands-on support to core business groups to deliver people initiatives that drive business results. Additionally, this role will work with HR leadership on key HR initiatives and projects related to talent cycles, change management, and the implementation of HR best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR Business Partner support to the GOS business with a focus on driving the talent strategy, including succession plans, developing internal talent, and recruitment strategies.
  2. Employee Relations: Ensure proper coaching of managers to improve employee performance and engagement.
  3. Compensation: Ensure competitiveness and alignment with regional HR plans.
  4. Workforce and Succession Planning: In cooperation with leadership, identify future resourcing needs, build succession plans, and proactively identify resourcing options to close potential gaps.
  5. Recruitment: Support the recruiting process for senior and critical positions.
  6. Talent Development: Manage talent review processes, performance management, and employee development programs.
  7. Training: Coordinate training needs and planning activities with leadership, leveraging programs delivered by the L&D team.
  8. Stakeholder Management: Develop relationships with organizational counterparts and management, ensuring high-quality service and communication across matrix reporting structures.
  9. People Data Analysis: Compile and analyze people data to inform decision-making.
  10. Project Management: Collaborate on global HR initiatives across various disciplines, including compensation, diversity and inclusion, governance, change management, talent management, performance management, HRIS, and acquisition integration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
  • Professional HR certification preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build partnerships at all levels and act as a trusted advisor, with high emotional intelligence.
  • Confidence in coaching and influencing senior management.
  • Understanding of financial implications of talent decisions.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • High energy, professional demeanor, and ownership mindset.
