This Seattle-based, proudly independent CPA firm isnt chasing private equity theyre investing in people.

Theyre hiring an Audit Manager to lead a team of 5 auditors, serve a diverse client base, and grow into a future leadership role in a firm where women already outnumber men and are supported at every level.

What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 through all phases of the audit process
• Serve a mix of privately held clients across industries: fishing & maritime, manufacturing, fitness & wellness, employee benefit plans, etc.
• Use tools including ProSystems FX , Engagement, and Knowledge Coach
• Collaborate with clients primarily remotely , with occasional on-site visits for select audits
