Benefits & Extras Performance-based bonus potential (up to 15%) Leadership opportunity with direct reports and company-wide impact High-mix, low-volume machining environment with technical complexity Supportive, growth-oriented company backed by private equity Flexible schedule and strong company culture Full medical coverage and 401(k) with company contributions Compensation $100,000-$135,000 base salary Bonus potential: Up to 15% annually based on performance What You'll Be Doing Lead and mentor a small Quality Inspection Team in a hands-on environment Develop and execute AS9100D-compliant inspection plans, including FAI Own the QMS, internal audits, documentation, and continuous improvement Perform and oversee CMM inspections; interpret complex GD&T Partner with Engineering, Production, and Programming teams Drive CAPA efforts and maintain key quality KPIs Serve as the face of quality during customer audits and technical reviews What You'll Need to be Considered Experience in precision machining environments (aerospace strongly preferred) Expertise with AS9100D, CMM tools (CMM Manager ideal), and metrology equipment Strong GD&T interpretation and inspection plan development skills Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred (but not required) ERP/QMS software experience (Fulcrum a plus) Passion for hands-on leadership and continuous improvement INDENGITAC Solutions
