Position is in office at our Carol Stream, IL headquarters. Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000 annually. Compensation will vary based on experience, education, skills, and location.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow both the IT infrastructure team and ERP/business systems team, mentoring staff and building career development paths
- Develop and manage the IT strategy, aligning with organizational objectives and business growth
- Own the administration and performance of: HPE and Dell PowerEdge servers, VMware ESXi environments, Cisco network infrastructure (switches, VLANs, routing), IBM FlashSystem SAN or similar enterprise storage systems, Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune), Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity setups
- Oversee and expand automation initiatives using Ansible and Terraform
- Collaborate on major ERP implementations (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Champion a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing, including internal training and upskilling
- Ensure robust cybersecurity policies and best practices are in place
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and licensing
- Drive incident response, change management, and disaster recovery planning
- Evaluate, implement, and manage 3rd-party vendors and MSPs
- Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and governance for IT operations
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 23 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven experience with: Server hardware: Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant, VMware ESXi, vCenter, HA/DRS, Cisco switches, VLANs, trunking, LACP, and routing fundamentals, IBM SAN storage or other enterprise-grade SAN/NAS systems, Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD, Infrastructure-as-Code tools: Ansible and Terraform
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience; ability to build a high-performing IT team
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business application integration (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- Knowledge of IT budgeting, project management, and vendor negotiation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications such as: VMware VCP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco CCNA/CCNP
- Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Understanding of ITIL or similar service delivery frameworks
- Experience with endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and SaaS governance
