The team thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting that values innovation, quality, and opportunities for professional growth.Job DescriptionThe main responsibilities for the Production Manager include, but are not limited to:Oversee day-to-day production across multiple machining departments, ensuring delivery schedules and quality standards are consistently metManage and mentor a team of machine operators, programmers, and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementCoordinate with engineering, quality, and leadership teams to optimize workflow and support new product introductionsMonitor key performance metrics, implement process improvements, and maintain compliance with ISO and ITAR standardsOversee equipment utilization, maintenance scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize productivityDevelop and implement training programs to enhance employee skillsets and career growthLead problem-solving efforts to reduce downtime, improve throughput, and maintain precision machining standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
