HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/22/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology Facility: University of Maryland Medical Center - Downtown Location: 22 S Greene St, Baltimore, MD 21201 Start Date: 09/22/2025 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 AM – 05:30 PM) Schedule: Call required (~5 on-call shifts per 8-week schedule, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays) Job Overview: Provide specialized nursing care in Interventional Radiology with ICU background. Care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients undergoing complex IR procedures such as angioplasty, chemoembolization, stent placement, and embolization. Monitor procedural sedation, manage IV therapy, assist with central lines, and care for patients with vascular, neurological, pulmonary, genitourinary, and gastrointestinal interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including rapid response, interpretation services, and transport. Requirements: Minimum 2 years RN experience with ICU and Interventional Radiology background (first-time travelers accepted with this experience). Active Maryland RN license or Compact license at time of submission. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; CPI and NIHSS preferred. Must be comfortable floating within hospital as needed. Flu vaccine required (no exemptions). COVID-19 vaccine not required. Certifications & Skills: BLS, ACLS (Required) CPI (Preferred) NIHSS (Preferred) Experience with arterial and central line management, sedation monitoring, vascular closure systems, and radiation safety. Facility Details: 10 beds, 5 procedure rooms. Primary patient groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics.
