Senior Executive Recruiter at LHH (formerly Ajilon) - Human Resources, Supply Chain, & Organizational Support
LHH is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in benefits negotiation, 401(k) administration, employee engagement, compensation, and talent management . The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have Union experience while also being passionate about building a strong, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability.
- Administer and optimize the companys 401(k) plan, ensuring compliance and employee education.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with market trends and internal equity.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and internal policies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR matters.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- 3+ years of Union experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of benefits, compensation, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
