Your tasks
- Active management of workforce recruitment and development. Establish and maintain relationships with schools and institutions of workforce development and education, exploring opportunities to benefit from their services.
- Implement relevant processes to ensure the performance of all HR activities at the Plant Spartanburg. Apply Brose internal procedures and policies, ensuring legal compliance.
- Customize and maintain all HR-related software applications (key user) to ensure they meet legal and Brose internal standards.
- Ensure legal compliance with payroll tax requirements and other HR and health and safety legal requirements.
- Administer the employee handbook and HR policies, communicating, training, and reinforcing their content with management and staff. Advise management on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Plan and control the HR, health and safety, and canteen budgets, including costs for temporary labor, training, recruitment, expatriates, social events, and uniforms.
- Set up and manage shared services provided from other Brose locations, exploring synergies to optimize cost and service quality.
- Perform all required HR reporting, including analysis of performance indicators, to improve workforce performance. Prepare documentation for government incentives.
Your Profile
- Manage payroll, benefits, headcount, safety systems, and employee handbook. Handle employee recruitment and termination in coordination with department heads. Manage shared services level agreements.
- Experience working with readySC.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Profound knowledge of HR legal and safety requirements (certifications), strong communication skills, understanding of the value chain, and proficiency in MS Office.
