Pay Information $2,348 per week About The Position Job Title: Neuro Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 17 Shift: 3x12.0 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Two (2) years of ICU acute care experience License: RN License (New York ONLY) Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association ONLY), ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Must-Have: Telemetry experience Description: This position is for a Neuro Medicine ICU Registered Nurse. Work in a state-of-the-art, 12-bed ICU focused on critically ill neuro patients. The primary focus is on patients requiring specialized nursing and medical care. Patient diagnoses include traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke, and other critical neurologic pathologies. The role requires strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills. Nurses must remain current in knowledge of critical care practices. Telemetry experience is required for this position. Additional duties may include performing charge nurse responsibilities as needed.
