Pay Information $3,052 per week About The Position Job Title: RN Pediatric Cardiac Care ICU Profession: Level 2 RN Specialty: Pediatric RN Duration: 17 weeks Shift: 4x12.0 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: - 2 years of PICU experience - 6 months of Cardiac PICU experience License: - RN License (New York License Only) Certifications: - BLS (American Heart Association Only) - PALS (American Heart Association Only) Must-Have: - RN License (New York Only) - 2 years of PICU experience - 6 months of Cardiac PICU experience - BLS Certification - PALS Certification Description: This position provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art diagnosis, medical and surgical treatment, and long-term follow-up care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of acquired and congenital cardiac conditions. The nursing staff is specially trained to care for patients with the most complex or rare congenital cardiac disorders. The center is recognized as a leading pediatric cardiac care provider in the region. Rotating shift schedules will include day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends, holidays, and on-call or callback responsibilities. Charge responsibilities will be assigned based on unit needs.
