Drive change and innovation in the industry. A leading insurance holding company is in search of a Director, Pension Risk Transfer Operations to oversee all operational aspects of the PRT business. This role will play a key role in scaling the PRT platform, improving service delivery, and ensuring operations excellence & regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate would be an ASA, FSA, or EA with 5-8 years of experience in retirement operations or institutional insurance products, including 5 years in pension risk transfer or group annuity contracts. Must be familiar with defined benefits plan structures & regulatory frameworks.
