Unit Profile Facility Name: Maria Parham Health Floor: 2nd Trauma Level: Level 1 Position Information Facility Department/Cost Center: 6600 Role: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Shift: Night (7p-7a) Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: Yes, self-scheduling but 5-6 Call Requirements: No scheduled call, however, we flex down as needed based on acuity and census; rotation log for who is placed on call Required Certifications: NRP, BLS, Intermediate fetal monitoring Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery (not 2 years of nursing) Float Requirements: Not required but if it is your turn to be placed on call/flexed down, in order to get guaranteed hours you can float.
