The ideal candidate will possess a current and valid RN license, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, particularly in postpartum settings, and have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver compassionate and personalized nursing care to patients, particularly postpartum mothers and newborns.- Perform vaginal examinations and monitor fetal health, utilizing intermediate fetal monitoring skills.- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established guidelines.- Document all patient care activities in the EPIC charting system accurately and timely.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Qualifications: - Current and valid RN license- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP required; AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification is a plus.- Experience caring for postpartum patients and performing vaginal examinations preferred.- Ability to work with Covid-19 patients as needed.
