Junior Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles Work closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive time-to-fill goals Review and manage inbound applications and employee referrals Use tools like Greenhouse and Workday to keep the process flowing Collaborate with the People team and hand off to onboarding after offers go out Adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and always keep the candidate experience top of mind
Junior Technical Recruiter Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in tech recruiting, ideally with exposure to data science roles Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and familiar with platforms like Hired Strong communicator and relationship builder Comfortable with high-volume recruiting and fast decision-making Detail-oriented and organized under pressure Bonus points for experience with Greenhouse and Workday
