Job Description The Network Order Entry Specialist for DISN Consolidated Provisioning will support the provisioning lifecycle, including order entry, preparation, solution design, and circuit activation. Responsibilities also include customer outreach, QoS configuration, leasing support, and facilities engineering. Responsibilities Enter and update configuration and administrative changes in the configuration management database. Identify and allocate building components, modules, ports, virtual interfaces, and cross-connections. Maintain non-conforming circuit lists. Support DISA projects using government configuration management databases to develop and maintain circuit and trunk lists. Develop procedures for circuit transitions based on redundancy and dependencies. Track service requests, circuit lists, and project impacts.
