What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce solutions and their architecture - Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the safe delivery of technical vision - Identify and plan solution improvements in conjunction with various teams - Advocate for and manage architectural technical debt - Conduct build reviews to ensure documentation aligns with implemented solutions
What is Required (Qualifications): - 7+ years of experience building solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud in a solutions architect capacity - 5+ years as a Software Developer with knowledge in building Apex, LWC, and Aura components - Experience in breaking apart large monolithic solutions into microservices - Strong understanding of data architecture and experience integrating Salesforce with external services - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Salesforce Application Architect certification - Experience with cloud certifications, such as Azure - Masters degree in Computer Science or related discipline - Experience managing a large code base with both legacy and modern technology - Familiarity with technical and governance documentation
