General Purpose of Job The Contracts Administration Manager will oversee and manage the activities of the Contracts Specialists, ensuring that contracts are developed, administered, and executed in accordance with Cooperative policies and contractual compliance standards. This position will support the Director of Supply Chain in the development, negotiation, and execution of contracts for goods and services, and ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including RUS and SECO specifications. Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract management, procurement or a related field. Job-related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. APICS certification (CPIM and CSCP) or the ability to obtain certification within 36 months. Experience Four (4) years of experience in contract administration. Experience within an electric utility or related industry preferred. Other Requirements Ability to work irregular hours for assignment completion and flexibility to change scheduling and report to work on short notice during emergency situations. Normal work hours will be eight (8) hours Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Business travel between offices and travel may be required for training and development. Valid Florida driver’s license for occasional driving privileges of a company vehicle; must have and maintain an acceptable driving record as determined by SECO Energy. Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.
