We are a leading provider of senior healthcare services, specializing in post-acute care. We offer services ranging from comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer's and dementia care. What would you do as a VAN DRIVER/(CNA-desired)

As a Van Driver at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you will begin each day by reviewing your transportation schedule for the week, which typically operates Monday through Friday. Your primary responsibility will be to safely transport residents to medical appointments, social activities, and outings, ensuring their comfort and well-being during each journey. You will also assist residents with boarding and disembarking, demonstrating your empathy and commitment to customer-centricity. Daily tasks may include conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety protocols at all times. You will communicate regularly with staff and healthcare professionals to coordinate schedules effectively and address any specific needs of the residents.
