Job Description
Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages, tools, and frameworks. Tasks include reviewing code, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting, and implementing software systems. Experienced programmers will interpret architecture and design, conduct code reviews, mentor and guide junior programmers, ensure adherence to policies, and oversee testing and release processes. Required Skills and Experience
Coordinate, assign, and review work of programming personnel. Collaborate with manufacturers and users to develop new programming methods. Supervise, train, and mentor junior programmers. Represent the team in project meetings. Work with analysts and architects to ensure system functionality. Manage large teams across projects. 6 to 12 years of experience; Bachelors Degree required. Experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Architecture, Lifecycle, and Data Management. Proficiency in Business Analysis, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture, and Technical Solution Design. Internal Skills
Over 12 years in SOA/EAI/Middleware Architecture, design, and implementation. Over 8 years in webMethods architecture and lifecycle implementation. Additional Information
