Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain master data for materials, customers, vendors, and POs across ERP and related systems Collaborate with business and IT teams to define data standards, validation rules, and governance processes Perform data analysis, cleansing, enrichment, and migration activities as needed Identify data quality issues and drive remediation efforts Support MDM tool configuration and integration with existing systems Create and maintain documentation of data models, workflows, and business rules Train business users on MDM practices and tools Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as an MDM Consultant or similar role Strong understanding of master data domains: materials, customers, vendors, purchase orders Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor, Oracle, etc.) Familiarity with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, etc.) is a plus Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills: Experience with data migration and data quality tools Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities Understanding of supply chain and procurement processes in manufacturing Seniority level
