Corporate Immigration Attorney

to represent clients with professionalism, courage, and empathy. This role involves handling a wide range of immigration cases, including asylum, family petitions, removal defense, and employment visas. The ideal candidate will be a recent Bar exam taker or have at least two years of experience in immigration law. Location: Duties: Represent clients in court and administrative hearings (EOIR, BIA, AAO, Federal Court, USCIS). Manage immigration cases from initiation to resolution, including asylum, VAWA, U visas, family petitions, waivers, naturalization, removal defense, employment visas, and consular processing. Draft motions, pleadings, appeals (I-290B), and responses to RFE/NOID. Participate in firm marketing, business development, and community presentations. Requirements: Passed the Bar exam (California Bar preferred) or 2+ years of experience in immigration law. Fluency in Spanish (required). Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Willingness to travel for court appearances, USCIS interviews, and professional conferences. Passion for immigrant rights and social justice. Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to professional growth. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the Bar (California Bar preferred). Skills: Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish. Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of both family-based and employment-based immigration matters. Experience in Business Immigration Law (TN, E-1, E-2, L, O, H1B, EB2 NIW) is a plus. Note:
