Contribute to strategy development by identifying business problems and opportunities, performing analysis of market data, and testing hypotheses using qualitative and quantitative tools. Independently contribute to projects to ensure effective execution and positive business outcomes, implementing process improvements to enhance ROI, service quality, and operations. Build collaborative relationships within the organization and with key stakeholders. Analyze and interpret market data, develop research plans, perform analyses, and collaborate on conclusions and recommendations. Facilitate process improvements and promote adoption of best practices and innovations. Manage projects and programs by establishing objectives, milestones, and resources, and contribute to progress and execution. Maintain open communication streams, build trust with stakeholders, and communicate strategic issues and recommendations. Support business strategy development and execution, including delivering business cases, identifying strategic options, and promoting alignment and collaboration. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in strategic planning, facilitation, or large-scale project execution, or 5 years of relevant experience. Additional Requirements
