CTM Legal Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Attorney to join our Estate Practice and Probate Team. This role focuses on helping working-class families with their estate planning needs and navigating the probate process. Key Responsibilities: Draft and prepare essential estate planning documents, including wills and trusts. Manage all aspects of probate administration. Provide legal counsel for potential probate litigation matters. Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide clear, practical legal advice. Qualifications: Proven ability to draft wills and trusts is required. Familiarity with probate administration is a must. A portable book of business is a plus, and attorneys who bring their own clients are heavily incentivized within our bonus structure.
