The client is in need of an IT Contract Support Specialist with a proven professional background in reviewing, analyzing, documenting, and maintaining complex technical documents.

Complete Description: Report to the Chief Operating Officer and support the Central IT Contracts Management and Software Licensing Division. Develop and/or review statements of work (SOW) and statements of requirements (SOR) for IT procurements. Liaise with District Government Agency CIOs and IT leads to assist with requirements gathering. Serve as the coordinator for gathering cross-agency requirements to develop acquisition strategies for hardware/software leasing and contracting agreements. Have knowledge of procurement processes and documents. Responsible for reviewing and administering OCTO’s IT and Telecom Contracts, purchase orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with District and agency policies and procedures. Translate technical and complex information into clear, concise documents suitable for various audiences. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Application Development, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support teams to produce technical publications such as instructional materials, manuals, online Help, and product documentation for IT and end users. Proofread documents for accuracy. Work with technical resources to enhance document quality and usability. Maintain the internal documentation library, coordinate special documentation services, and manage or coordinate special projects and vendors. Contract Job Responsibilities: Coordinate IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities. Develop technical applications to support users. Implement and enforce standards and procedures for system design, development, installation, modification, and documentation. Provide training on system products and procedures. Monitor and report on real-time databases, network data communications, and graphics and logic applications. Troubleshoot technical problems. Ensure project lifecycle compliance with District standards and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience. Compensation:
