Responsibilities: Handle litigation matters from the inception of the case through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Member in good standing with the New York Bar. Minimum 3 - 5 years of litigation experience. Excellent writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Incentives: Well-established firm with potential for growth and advancement.
