A.Basic Function This position will provide accounting and financial management consulting services as delegated by their supervisor; assist in engagement management and delivery; and provide reporting on projects. B.Principal Accountabilities ·Apply functional business and industry knowledge of government financial management and accounting procedures and methods, business strategy, business operations, process analysis and design, and technology to address client needs; ·Manage and lead clients through designing, implementing, recording, and controlling financial operations utilizing appropriate generally accepted government accounting policies and procedures; ·Leverage knowledge in analyzing fiscal policies, interpreting data, formulating recommendations for Bronner clients; ·Leverage knowledge in government grants management; ·Leverage knowledge in preparation of budgets and work plans; ·Assist in the development of general and targeted marketing and sales materials; ·Engage with and support internal operational protocols; ·Prepare proposals; ·Deliver on administrative accountabilities such as time and expense reporting, proformas, etc.; ·Other duties as assigned. C.Qualifications ·CPA preferred; ·2 - 4 years of progressive professional responsibility within government consulting, audit, or government sector; ·Knowledge of governmental accounting and financial management consulting; ·Knowledge of government financial management and ERP systems, a plus; ·Proven resource in defining strategy, developing requirements, and implementing practical business solutions; ·Highly proficient in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ·Ability to understand the big picture of client requirements; ·Highly proficient in oral and written communication; ·Extreme attention to detail; ·Ability to multitask; ·Individual and team-based problem solving experience; ·Stellar work ethic, passion for excellence; ·Ability to drive innovation within the organization; ·Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple, complex projects in diverse areas.
