This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects that drive measurable outcomes.
The Project Manager will own all PMO activities, with
status reporting as a critical success factor . This includes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency in all updates to sponsors, leadership, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead project governance Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and issues Drive dependency management across teams, programs, and vendors Oversee delivery workstreams, ensuring quality and accountability Lead communications, change management, and adoption planning Anticipate challenges, proactively unblock issues, and escalate effectively Provide
accurate, real-time status reporting , ensuring stakeholder alignment Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Project Management Expertise 8+ years managing large, complex projects in diverse environments Demonstrated proficiency in
status reporting and executive communication Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) Proven ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies across functions Leadership & Execution Strong presence and accountability with ability to hold teams to commitments Skilled at presenting clearly and succinctly to senior leadership Experience managing collaborative projects with vendors and consulting partners Collaboration & Communication Highly collaborative with strong relationship-building skills Transparent communicator with a focus on clarity and timeliness Tools & Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Project Online
is critical Experience with
Jira, Smartsheet, and other PPM tools
is a strong plus Ability to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and adjust to changing needs Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications
PMP or Agile (CSM/PSM) certification Experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations Familiarity with enterprise technology implementations
