A growing software consultancy is seeking a
Lead Software Consultant
to guide custom software development projects from concept to launch. This role blends technical consulting, product management, and solutions architecture to deliver high-impact applications—often involving AI—across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities
Define product vision, roadmaps, and technical direction for enterprise clients Translate business needs into actionable backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Lead sprint planning, demos, and ongoing client communication Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams Stay up to date on AI trends and guide practical implementations
Qualifications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in product ownership, agile practices, and technical architecture Ability to bridge the gap between business goals and technical solutions Familiarity with AI applications in enterprise environments Seniority level
