Parts Advisor & Operations Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES: Retrieve purchased parts from inventory or determine availability for non-stock items, prepare requisitions, and submit orders as required. Stock incoming inventory in the correct locations. Maintain accurate records of special-order parts. Price parts and accessories accurately. Establish and manage parts inventory levels for optimal turnover. Keep the parts department clean and organized. Prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup. Assist service drive to identify parts needed for repairs. Follow up on customer concerns and complaints. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in retail or warehouse inventory control in a parts department. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
