Job Overview A law firm seeks a Business and Real Estate Attorney in San Rafael, California. Duties
Meet with prospective and current clients to gather information and design business plans. Draft and review operating agreements, bylaws, and other client contracts. Prepare and manage mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence. Review and prepare commercial lease agreements and real estate transaction documents. Organize and maintain case and client files effectively. Conduct client meetings, addressing questions and concerns. Participate in regular attorney and business planning meetings. Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an attorney with business transactional expertise. Ability to solve problems and assist staff with arising issues. Capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism and client focus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure. Education
Licensed attorney by the California State Bar. Certifications
