Up to 10% Role Overview This position is part of a high-performing finance and accounting consulting team supporting federal clients. The role focuses on improving financial management functions, including transaction processes, decision support systems, financial technologies, and organizational design. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, excellent communication skills, and change management capabilities. Key Responsibilities Support financial transformation initiatives for federal clients Assist in optimizing budgeting, accounting, audit, and financial reporting processes Analyze and enhance internal controls and financial data analytics capabilities Contribute to business process improvement and reengineering efforts Prepare and deliver clear written materials and presentations to stakeholders Basic Qualifications Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (must be able to maintain and upgrade to Full Scope Polygraph) Experience:
3+ years in finance, accounting, auditing, or related areas Preferred Qualifications Full Scope Polygraph clearance CPA, CGFM, or CDFM certification In-depth knowledge of federal financial standards, including: Internal controls assessment Financial reporting and analysis Audit liaison and compliance Business process reengineering Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$98,000–$163,000 . Final compensation depends on experience, skills, certifications, security clearance level, and organizational needs.
