THE POSITION Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 11 states, has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join one of our New Jersey offices.

THE QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as product liability, general liability, and/or insurance defense.
