Job Description:

As a

Senior Consultant

specializing in MarTech Enablement within Credera's Digital Practice, you will lead clients in integrating end-to-end marketing technology solutions to deliver personalized customer experiences and drive growth. You will manage project budgets, timelines, issues, and risks, and produce high-quality deliverables.

You will collaborate with strategy, technology, and design consultants to define, execute, and support key project tasks. Engaging directly with client stakeholders, you will ensure client needs are met and share implementation recommendations. Additionally, you will support the continuous growth and development of the firm by supporting internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to understand their marketing goals and challenges then develop tailored MarTech strategies to drive business outcomes. Contribute to the implementation and integration of marketing technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. Conduct assessments of existing MarTech stacks, identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MarTech solutions with other business systems. Provide thought leadership and insights on emerging MarTech trends, helping clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape. Develop comprehensive documentation and reports to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact.

Basic Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Business, Marketing or a related field with one of more specialized certifications (preferred) Minimum 3 years of consulting experience or an industry equivalent Minimum of 2 years of project management and/or technical leadership experience Passionate about Marketing Technology, Customer Experience, and Digital Enablement Enjoy serving in a client-facing role and building relationships Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent research, analysis, and quantitative capabilities Thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems analytically, and adapt to new technologies and processes Proven leadership and collaboration skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members Creative thinker who values diverse perspectives and innovation

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. Credera treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee.

Salary: An estimated base salary of

$110K – 125K

is anticipated for this role in the US.

Hybrid Working Model:

Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. We expect team members to spend three days in person, with the freedom to choose the days and times that best suit them, their project, and their teams. You'll collaborate with your project team to balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person connection, delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Travel

:

For our consulting roles, our goal is to minimize travel, and most projects do not require extensive travel. While some projects may involve up to 80% travel for a period, the annual average for team members is typically 10%–30%.
