Represent employees in cases of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and other employment disputes. Manage all litigation aspects, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Engage in pre-litigation efforts such as demand letters and negotiations. Advocate for clients before administrative agencies. Provide strategic advice to clients with empathy and clarity. Independently manage a caseload while collaborating on complex cases. Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing in California. 3+ years of experience in employment law matters. Strong litigation and negotiation skills. Excellent writing, legal research, and oral advocacy abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload. Education
