Duties
Represent clients through all phases of litigation, from intake to resolution. Develop case strategies and manage a caseload with team support. Draft pleadings and motions, and handle discovery processes. Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations. Engage in firm initiatives and business development activities. Requirements
Licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Experience in employment law is strongly preferred. Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Education
J.D. from an accredited law school. CertificationsSkills
