The Senior Director, Talent Development and Engagement will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement through learning and talent management. This strategic role involves fostering a high-performance culture, supporting organizational change, and developing future leaders. You will collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to implement programs that elevate talent, improve employee experience, and align talent strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the talent development and engagement team. Consult with senior management and leaders on talent needs. Partner with the People team and stakeholders on organizational change and learning initiatives. Manage vendor relationships for quality outcomes and ROI. Use data and research to identify trends and recommend improvements. Support organizational transformation and change management. Learning & Development:

Own the L&D strategy, goals, execution, and measurement. Design and oversee high-impact training programs and offerings. Create diverse development solutions, including instructor-led courses, e-learning, coaching, and mentorship. Facilitate training sessions and assess learning needs. Lead development programs for high-potential employees and emerging leaders. Employee Engagement:

Lead employee engagement initiatives and survey administration. Analyze survey results and communicate findings. Design response programs based on feedback. Collaborate on internal communications to promote BlackLine’s culture. Talent Management:

Lead performance management processes. Conduct talent reviews and succession planning. Develop individual growth plans and career frameworks. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related; MBA preferred. At least 12 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles. Expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and corporate training. Strong organizational, strategic, and communication skills. Experience with LMS systems and curriculum development. Ability to travel up to 25%. Preferred Skills:

Certifications in DISC, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, or Leadership. Why Join Us:
