Negotiable Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate trade contractors and their sub-contractors to ensure high-quality work that meets the project schedule. Supervise the construction of large projects or multiple projects. Develop and manage the project team. Manage the project budget for general conditions and site services. Develop, document, and communicate work plans regarding changes in the field. Understand contract documents thoroughly to coordinate trades, plan ahead, and anticipate potential issues. Ensure subcontractors obtain necessary permits. Monitor safety performance and ensure compliance; act as primary safety representative. Conduct maintenance and planning of work-arounds, shutdowns, and tie-ins. Lead contractor meetings and oversee daily reports using Procore. Communicate schedule updates to the project team and contractors. Manage jobsite logistics. Oversee and update project quality plans. Resolve jurisdictional disputes. Build credibility with owners, trade contractors, and unions by maintaining a fair environment. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. 15+ years of experience in large-scale healthcare construction projects. Equivalent education and experience acceptable. AHCA experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability. Ability to participate in sales, interviews, and presentations. Teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore. Knowledge of construction documents, drawings, and all project phases. Experience with all construction divisions, methods, materials, scheduling, and cost control. Strong understanding of construction safety and ability to enforce safety policies. Ability to foster a safety-first culture. Experience supervising project teams. Knowledge of labor relations. OSHA 30 Hour Certification. TRS Staffing Solutions are an equal opportunity employer.
