R - 100312Position contingent upon contract awardIntrepid is seeking an experienced **Program Manager** to lead health, fitness, and training initiatives for a federal program.
This position supports mission critical operations by managing multidisciplinary programs that enhance individual and team performance, resilience and readiness.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*** Serve as the primary liaison with government clients and contracting officials to ensure successful program delivery* Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive health, fitness, and training programs that support workforce performance and mission objectives.* Manage cross-functional teams of fitness professionals, health coaches, and administrative staff.* Lead program planning, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and performance management.* Ensure all activities are compliant with contract requirements, security protocols, and federal regulations.* Track key performance indicators, conduct program evaluations, and implement continuous improvement strategies.* Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and briefing to senior leadership and government stakeholders.**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:*** Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, exercise science, public health, education, or related field* 8+ years of expereince managing government programs* Familiarity with performance-based training models and adult learning methodologies* PMP certification preferred**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:*** Prior experience supporting agencies within the intelligence community.* Knowledge of fitness assessment protocols, injury prevention, and resilience programs* Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in dynamic, high-security environments.* Experience integrating mental health, physical fitness, and training services into holistic performance programs.**SECURITY CLEARANCE**: Top Secret/SCI Full Scope Polygraph**Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC**Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
