In this role, youll play a key part in transforming how our client leverages Salesforce within its annuities business. From integrating Salesforce with core internal systems to enhancing both agent- and user-facing features, youll help modernize a critical platform. Prior Salesforce experience is required, DRUM Upskill provides extended training and mentorship to support your growth. What Youll Do: Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality across the Retail Annuities product line Connect Salesforce with internal systems and data sources (e.g., customer tracking, marketing platforms, pricing tools) Build and maintain APIs for seamless integration with business-critical systems Partner with product managers and stakeholders to understand workflows and deliver solutions Improve user experience for internal teams and external agents within Salesforce Participate in training and certifications offered through DRUM Upskill What You Bring: 2+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong programming skills (Salesforce, Python) Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) Knowledge of API design and system integrations Strong communication and collaboration skills Motivation to expand Salesforce expertise through training and hands-on projects Why DRUM Upskill: Earn while you learn get paid while receiving Salesforce training Personalized guidance from experienced advisors Hands-on exposure to Salesforce, APIs, SQL, and cloud-based tools Learn modern technologies like AI, automation, and low-code/no-code systems A structured path into enterprise software, CRM, and financial services careers Seniority level
