Responsibilities As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer on our Technology Services Team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing projects related to GUARD's server, storage, backup, and virtualization environments in the cloud. You should be able to implement public cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions, analyze and resolve complex issues, monitor system performance, and provide proactive solutions. You will also act as a technical escalation point and work from one of our locations: Wilkes-Barre, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Parsippany, NJ; Chicago, IL; Alpharetta, GA; or Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. Key responsibilities include: Leading Azure cloud infrastructure projects Designing high-performance, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions Developing infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, ARM templates, BluePrint Managing Azure resources such as app gateways, load balancers, storage accounts, and more Providing technical leadership in server, storage, and cloud infrastructure architecture Guiding IT Administrators on project execution and policy compliance Ensuring infrastructure security and compliance through audits and policies Maintaining disaster recovery and backup solutions Diagnosing and resolving cloud infrastructure issues Documenting systems, processes, and procedures Responding to security alerts and monitoring industry trends Balancing multiple projects with attention to detail Mentoring team members and sharing knowledge Participating in after-hours maintenance and on-call rotation Salary Range: $65,900.70 - $152,611.80 USD This role requires working in one of our offices three days a week and travel as needed. The salary depends on credentials, experience, location, and performance. Qualifications 5+ years of Azure cloud engineering experience Experience with Infrastructure as Code Focus on security across responsibilities Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server 2016-2022 Experience with Entra ID, Defender for Cloud, compliance Hands-on with SIEM technologies Knowledge of networking, subnets, TCP/UDP, IP communication Familiarity with cloud backup and disaster recovery Positive IT service mindset Excellent communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
