Senior Control Systems Engineer
with strong project management skills to design, implement, and oversee
advanced control systems
from concept to completion. Responsibilities: Design and develop
advanced control systems for automation and industrial applications. Integrate and program
PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems for seamless operations. Optimize performance
using cutting-edge control algorithms such as PID and Model Predictive Control. Lead projects , managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Troubleshoot and improve
system efficiency, minimizing downtime. Collaborate and communicate
with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success. Mentor and develop
junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications: At least
7-10 years
of hands-on experience in control systems engineering. Minimum
3-5 years
of project management experience. Strong expertise in
PLC programming
(Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi). Knowledge of
industrial communication protocols
such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
