12+ Months Job Description: This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of Microsoft 365 and the multiple efforts served from it. This position will be part of the Enterprise Collaboration Services Tier 3 group of the client Service Delivery division. Primary duties of this position will be to serve as a lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) and product specialist for Microsoft 365 services and related collaboration tools. Skills: Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience Extensive exp with Microsoft 365 services and tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform; information protection, and AvePoint. Required 5 Years Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical teams Required 5 Years Proven ability to perform high-level troubleshooting of complex issues; manage incident, problem, configuration, change management processes efficiently Required 5 Years Strong focus on delivering high-quality products timely and efficiently, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Required 5 Years Copilot experience Highly desired
