Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering and Analysis:? Engage with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, andrequirements.? Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions through interviews, workshops,and documentation reviews.? Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functionalspecifications.Microsoft Dynamics Implementation:? Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions (Dynamics 365, AX, NAV,etc.) that meet client requirements.? Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with businessprocesses.? Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to ensureaccurate implementation.Client Engagement and Support:? Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.? Provide expert advice on best practices for using Microsoft Dynamics to achievebusiness goals.? Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successfuladoption of the solution.Project Management:? Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completedon time and within budget.
? Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and projectmanagers.? Manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing and resolvingchallenges.Quality Assurance:? Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure they meet clientrequirements and quality standards.? Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuousimprovement.
Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, ComputerScience, or a related field.? Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320).? Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Techno - Functional Consultant with afocus on Microsoft Dynamics.? Proven experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functionaldesign.? Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, or other Dynamicsapplications.? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interacteffectively with clients and team members.? Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics applications.? Project management skills with experience in leading complex projects.? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
